I have a bath tub, several 2x4s, some sheets of drywall and one or two tools in my dinning room. We could play at my place, but it is a little less roomy than last time. What do we think?

If there are renos underway it's probably best to leave your place in peace...

My basement (with it's dungeon like qualities) seems to be a bit objectionable...

Newmarket looks like the best option.
