I was just going through the spells allowed for Rild(when he eventually gets them), and just wanted to know if the priests had the same restrictions?

While you might not allow me to have them as a mere Pali , I think healing and divination are usually available to all/most clerics, certainly healing to all non evil clerics.

Just wondering.

What you gave me was major all, elemental , combat
minor creation , sun, weather,

These all generally cover her elemental aspect but as the godess of home and hearth might not protection sphere be appropriate?

I see her as a more defensive, protective goddess rather than a stomper.
combat might actually be inappropriate whereas protection and healing make more sense.

If you follow the spells all the way up to 3rd spells the priests of cirda would be relatively usefull but at 4th lev spells it falls apart with only 4 spells available
control temp
lower water
produce fire
prot lightening.

Without healing or neco there is also

no healing at any level and no ability to raise or resurrection at higher levels, not an issue anytime soon but not a well balanced faith Sad

At higher levels there is some kick ass elemental spells , but creation, all, sun and weather have few spells in them. Perhaps this is why Cirda was an easier mark than other gods to imprision lol!

You're right. Poor planning on my part. So-remove combat as a major and replace it with healing and add portection as a major as well. Sorry, but necromantic just doesn't fit with how I see Cirda-so no resurrection (by priests of Cirda, anyway).

you gotta ask!!!!!

While I regret giving up combat, her nurturing aspect makes this version a little more rational and I can live with it, still better than the fighter I was, I wasn't sure however that you didn't have some motivation for having her this way, the Secrets of Cirda ares still unclear Bwahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahah.

Its also could to clear it up before lysse and the girls get worked up.

I'll build up the spell lists for them based on the changes, (save you the work) I printed off some character sheets from the skydrive and I can build lysse up miinus the hit points and such, you can do that. You said she could cast 4th so I'll assume she's 7th and I'll use the rolls from those sheets you printed and left at my place (the character gen program)

If you don't mind?????????

Besides I'm dangerous enough and would rather be able to heal than use those combat spells. Not that 9th level is anytime soon.
