Not sure who other than Carter played this game but, here is the e-mail I received recently. Maybe someone just sold an e-mail list...

Hello,

The GM of Eldritch passed me your e-mail adress. You've been playing
Eldritch back in the days and we're relaunching a similar pbem game,
and again an old jewel.

The name is Olympia, and the new version will be Game3. The original
developper made it open source in 2009. We're picking it up to offer
the community the chance to experience that pbem. We had a lot of fun
during 3 years while playing this pbem, so this one might be
interesting for you.

It's a strategy game with a lot of diplomacy and the game is intended
for 150-200 players.

The game is free of course and runs 1 a week.

The game will start on the 1st of September. Not a problem if you want to join later, we've slightly changed the noble point system (and fast study). You will still get additional noble points when join later. More information here : ( http://olympia.v-labs.be/g3/node/235 )

The website and forum is available at
http://olympia.v-labs.be/g3/

With regards,
