Do we have a chronicler?

I want to hire one if we do not.

I have hired two scribes, one as a elemetary teacher and one to aid both the town and the church document our history, I've not added this kind side stuff I've done to the town site yet. I will endevour to do so soon.

This however does nothing for us if we ourselves don't write down dates and such..

We just need a little log book jot this stuff down as it happens.

Anyone who wants to add to the site may do so, I think Jonathan and SL already have write access. If someone wanted to draw towns layout, squeeze the population numbers out of Jonathan and name and place all the homesteads etc.

Edit or add to my recolections of our adventures, these are highly Rild Centric and have no other perspective.

Jonathan, is a scribe the same thing?

We were just working from the list of "expert hirelings " in the books,, the list did not include Teacher or chronicler so we went with 2 scribes, the cheaper one is just a clerk to take notes, chronicle and do copy work, the more expensive one a teacher for a basic education, reading ,writing , math, history, reading entrails etc.

I would expect that they could teach language skills up to lev 6, math, history to level 3-4, other misc to level 2 (with dm approval)
Anything more complicated would take a higher quality tutor and move us from scribe pay to sage pay and/or apprenticeships.

I want someone to record our history and exploits, but also to add descriptive narration. (No need to make it grandiose; the facts speak for themselves.)

Jonathan, when I was in Greyhawk, I wanted to look for someone like this who is willing to move to Cirdastan; and find out his pay rate.
