this is just a screen shot but
I've build a simple spread sheet that will allow quick updating of the troop experience for cirdastan, simply change the values in the number of months in each category of readiness, training or combat xp and it updates the total xp for each combat unit.

I think once I get a full accounting of how long we've been in Cirdastan (I think I've missed at least half a year at least) our troops should be at level 1.
