| This film is enjoyable if you can accept Sam Raimi's brand of over-the-top silliness and are able to overlook story elements that don't go anywhere. There are some frightening/creepy visuals for horror buffs; dig that crazed gypsy woman and the sinister floating handkerchief. | |

| I miss out on this whole genre because Jenn is a suck and won't watch them. So I never turn them on or rent them. Sigh | |

| I'm in the same boeat as Carter. MC doesn't like them -- doesn't like experiencing that emotion of those scenes that illicit that emotion. | |

| This sounds like an excellent excuse reason for a "guys" video night where we can catch up on movies such as this that other people are too afraid to watch. | |

I was going to organize a horror movie night this past Halloween, but waited too late. Maybe next year. In the meantime, I don't see why we have to wait for October. (Nor do we have to restrict ourselves to horror.) The hard part will be choosing a movie, since we can probably obtain just about any movie under the moon. | |
