Amazing Greyhawk maps

Here's that site I mentioned Monday night. Cirdastan would be located towards the bottom of map 59.

They made pretty good maps but they don't entirely jive with the map you've supplied in that we have a lake feeding our river they don't

I was curious about the two towns they show between the Greyhawk fortifications and Cridastan

If there are extra towns/villages between us and them we would have checked them out. Any info you can give us on Newtemple Parish and Cantona?, now that I know they exist I'm giving you fair warning we will be checking them out.

I knew about Cantona, but I'll have to see if there is any information on Newtemple Parish. The mapmaker is staying within canon (as far as I understand) so there should be something out there, I just have to find it.

Cantona is a ruined town. There were some pitched battles there during the war. Conquered in 584, it was turned into a humanoid camp, and burned to the ground by a Greyhawk army in 590. Only a few of the stone buildings remain standing. The stone docks remain, but they are blocked by the hulls of three sunken cargo ships.

Does the road that skirts Cirdastan exist? Possibly it's overgrown due to traffic depletion as a result of the war.

P.S. The maps look good. You can buy them from the cartographer.

Nice Maps. Newtemple Parish's name is ironic.

The 'road' is there, although it was never a main artery. Think of it as a well-used trail. And yes, not being as well-travelled for a decade or so has made it less defined.
