Paul is home so skype may be off the table for Doug,, Paul however has no character.

He could always borrow the Paladin NPC for a session if he doesn't have a character in mind at the moment, or we could roll one up tomorrow afternoon before the session.

Don't want to make any promises re. dates, but I have been working on Mailed Fist all summer at the cottage and fall: (1) world setting (old version was crap, really--not terribly original; I am very, very pleased with the new version), (2) introductory scenario(s), (3) rules.

Paul - glad to have you back.... Feel free to create whatever class you like or assume the running of the Paladin. This party is missing one of everything it seems (except rogues). We have recently lost a magic user and a fighter (these 2 have decided to marry, make babies and slow down the adventuring). We also lost a cleric when Craig evolved beyond these silly games. We did recently add a Paladin NPC (mentioned above) and she is currently our only front line fighter/damage sponge.

The PCs are: an exceptional thief (a la Hans Gruber/Alan Rickman), a "first edition" bard (who functions admirably as a rear guard fighter) and a fighter/wizard of great skill.

The party really needs another pure fighter (damage sponge), a cleric and a wizard. You can't go wrong with whatever class you decide upon.

I personally think we may need to hire some mercenaries to fill in our ranks.

I'll try verify Pauls playing earlier than game time, perhaps he can skype with Jonathan mid afternoon and get a character together.

Short of having a siezure Paul intends on playing.

I will be in the Newmarket area visiting my folks later this aft so should have no issue making it in time to play - I may be in town a bit early in fact.
