Low level hiatus

Once we get back to the settlement and go on hiatus is there any concensus if we would like time to freeze, or allow time to pass at some fixed rate allowing us to take care of local or prersonal business . Being able to spend 6 months or a year taking care of the defence and local expansion is a good way of making up for our frequent and lengthy absences.. cementing our authority and forging more personal bonds of loyalty in town

You guys are welcome to do what you will with your time. If I have anything planned that is time sensitive, I will just spring it on you when we go back to the lower level group. While I am in charge of the world, you have complete (well, almost complete) control of your characters.

I'd like time to pass in order to get more building done, train the troops, go on an embassy to Celene, things that we don't need face time to advance.

What do other players think, some of you will have personal training to do. Then when game does restart there won't be as much housekeeping things to deal with for a time.

I should be involved in personal training and setting up the guild in town (face time not needed).
