While not a particularly lively neighborhood I think I know how to right the tower if someone wanted a little bolt hole to retire in.

With all this wealth and some recently vacated land maybe we should start a new town right here with the tower and the crocodiles. It would spare us the transportation logistics on the treasure.

Ya know, I don't think I ever fought a red dragon before. An interesting fight going up against something very powerful and very smart. We almost lost both NPCs.

A mature, highly intelligent, magic using, magic resistant, heavily aromoured, evil, 15 hit dice, hasted, weaving, fire breathing dragon. Ugh.

And now it's a wall ornament for the bar.

Its not town material,, poor accessibility, no graze for animals and no means of generating money,, I know we have money but a town based on using up ones savings is a long term fail. I for one don't think I want it but someone might light to claim it for later.

That said for a retirment lair the heated water and micro climate it would only take some top soil and you could grow some stuff, a couple of glass houses and you could eat quite well.

What about crocodile farming... Laughing These ones don't seem to need a food supply.

I was kidding about setting up a town anyway - One party tied to a town is enough.

I don't need a retirement place quite yet - especially one that is so dragon friendly.

Of course if we lay claim to this location, right the tower we might be able to sell it to someone else, like maybe the old duchess.

a strong point, a place for patrols to rest heal, get warm. The caves would make great dorms
