As the Mother Ship for the Faith of Cirda, Lysse would certainly have have need of spell and alchemical labs for both her personal use and teaching her underlings. Therefore I'll add that cost to my church subsidy (tithes) and Carrow may make use of it provided he not leave his elf porn lying around and replaces what he blows up.

Can clerics of different orders share labs? It would be nice, but I'm unsure if the spiritual energies, trappings, and individuality of the lab matters or not.

I would suspect you'd need additional plant materials my girls would not need but so long as you were not evil most of the trappings and lab equipment would be the same.
