Everything was mostly smooth; service elevator was out of commission (as it had been for months due to labour unrest and now a repair backlog--thanks, gov't!), causing a longer move time (and ramping the cost to $855); a few nicks and scuffs on the walls and on our furniture.
My new place is always open to our game and other social activity. We're 40 min. west of the 401/DVP, and the GO train also runs there from TO.
