| I'm good,
Doug can fit any game in as long as it doesnt interupt Oprha, backyardigans or his afternoon nap

| I don't watch Oprah unless I want to take a nap in the morning. The others are entirely accurate. Did you see today's Backyardigans? It was really good. | |

| Looks okay for me.
I left too late last time (didn't get home until after 1:30 am which means about 4 hours sleep).
For all future dates I will be leaving such that I get home no later than 11 pm, as follows:
From Newmarket with Jonathan: 9:50 pm From Newmarket without Jonathan: 10:30 pm From Bruzynski's with Jonathan: 10:30 pm

| I appreciate Steve's comments and his need for sleep.
I am a little concerned that with a start time of 8:00 (let's face it we never do start any earlier) our play time could be less than the 2 way commute time (I spend over 2 hours on the road).
On the start earlier side I realize that kids need to be put to bed and everyone is working and/or commuting and starting earlier may not be practical.
Are there other play options that we might work in from time to time - like Friday evenings or weekends? Or doing some of the non-combat play via the forum? Just some thoughts...

Is 7:15 or 7:30 too early to start? If we could get Regnar or Troy to join us, we could play some sessions at their more centrally-located homes (Vic. Pk./Lawrence area), reducing net travel time and extending playing time. Maybe I can persuade them when I get my own campaign off the ground. What is your latest bed-time, kubera? My place is on offer, but we have two cats, one of which produces actual fur tumbleweeds faster than they can be disposed of. Suggestion: allergy shots or Claritin® and no rakes allowed indoors. Will Jonathan's place (Danforth/Kennedy) be available again? Long shot: find a new player who lives between Toronto and Newmarket and who is willing to host. It would cut down on travel time for everybody, prolonging our sessions accordingly (adding perhaps 40 min. overall). Yes, it's a long shot. Out of curiosity, how long does it take to travel between your house and the 401/DVP, Wilhelm? Google Maps shows 25 minutes. P.S. It's almost cosmically unfair that I'm the one going to bed early now, when for most of my life I've been a night owl.

Correct. In a no construction and no traffic scenario. To make our play times I travel at the tail end of rush hour and the bridge at jameson is "f"d - I would take the 427 and 401 to reach the DVP and 401 area at this point. At rush hour the best I could hope for is 45 mins Google maps shows my house to Carters as 56 minutes if you take the 400 That is also correct in the no rush hour scenario. Realistically I'm probably experiencing 1 hour and 20 mins on the way up and 50 mins on the way home.

| My place is available, the caveat being that I'd rather not move the computer around for Carter if he doesn't want to stay over. I do have wifi if someone wants to bring a laptop.
As for Tomorrow's session, I'd actually rather not travel as i seem to have picked up a case of pinkeye (not the South Park variety, thankfully) and my guess is that Carter would rather I not expose the kids to it. I'm not that contagious, as long as you don't stick your finger in my eyes.

| I will be in Lindsay tomorrow with the intent of traveling straight to the game from there.
I won't have access to a computer tomorrow so please tell me where we are playing tonight or via cell .
Cheers

| ok...i am going out on a limb and will prolly get denutted but i can host. But Emma has a soccer game 5 mins away from 6:30 to 7:30. I want to be at this game so that means you may have to wait on my front porch untill we get home.
I can do two laptop feeds if need be, but the video quality will suffer.
let me know via this forum by 4pm tomorrow.

I have a laptop; would need the appropriate software to be installed; does not have a built-in camera. - Jonathan wrote:

On a different note... How do you know where I live?? You once mentioned the area, and I remarked that I knew someone local (April). On a later occasion, you revealed that you knew of her (I didn't learn how).

Cheers Reminder: Someone has to call Wilhelm Doug once we know what we're doing. Is it Bruzymski's, then?

Contagious via contact with mucous membrane, I presume? Does infection occurs via any mucous membrane, or those of the eyes specifically? (That rules out poking your eye without an instrument.)

| Let's make it Bruzynski's then. My condition has greatly improved (hardly any redness). Travelling to Jones/Danforth is not as much of a trek as travelling to Patterson/Davis. Let's try to all be waiting at 7:30. I'll give Doug a call. | |

| Just the eyes. However, poking the DM in the eye with any object will greatly interfere with your ability to finish the session. | |
