| Unless memory fails, in AD&D, ability scores aren't adjusted for sex. (In Mailed Fist, women are physically weaker, smaller [SIZ is a stat with game effects], but more resilient [i.e., CON is better]). | |

| Thursday is good.
Quorum? A call to Steve may be required as he may not be thinking it can happen this week.

| Okay. Looks like Thursday is out. I was talking to Craig on Sunday, and he is available on Sundays. Who is available this Sunday? | |

| I am likely to be at the cottage on Sunday but may be able to get back early (say 30% chance). I guess that means I'm officially a "no" but, if you have quorum I may be able to show up.
This is the low level guys welcome to our town party I believe. As I'm not a town founder I'm unlikely to be key to the event. I am there to conduct intel gathering ops and will only be in "casual" contact with the party anyway (ie I will be meandering through various parts of the room throughout the evening).

I am free, but, alas, to no avail: - kubera wrote:

______________ Sunday looks clear, though Wilhelm probably ought to be present at the first session of the low-level party--what do you fellows think?

| it depends,, if the party's party takes up a goodly portion of the night then, no he's not needed other than to report on anything he overhears while playing server at the party. His level of interaction would be minimal
if Jonathan blows through party directly to an offer of work then Willy would be needed.

| It looks like you have quorum.
If we have a decent disguise kit, I can serve drinks and pick up tid-bits of info. Otherwise I can wander around as a guest doing same - elf servers will look weird as I recall.
My interactions will be separate from the parties. Unless a fight breaks out and I need to back you guys up I think I can report back my findings later. I don't know how much fun it will be to role play serving drinks anyway.
Speaking of serving drinks...
Church key actually sells growlers for $11.95 plus deposit. Deposit is $5 and needs to go back to Church key. A 6 pack is about $14. Whaddya want?

| I'd like a 6 of the west coast pale for the fridge as well if your coming straight here pick up a growler of something else.
Since its labled as beer to go, I don't think it would be advisable to buy it and store for a couple of weeks it might not be sealed well enough.. ask..

| Keep in mind you have quorum as Craig is available (or so says Jonathan). I might not make it back in time. There is a good chance I will have the kids with me and if so won't be stopping to play on the way home.
I kept the beer in my fridge for a month without issue. They are normal beer twist off caps. The growler is screw off and I believe has a more robust cap. I will inquire either way.

| A celebration of the founding of the town of Cirdastan.
Desired outcomes: To improve awareness of the town and it's offerings To establish diplomatic relationships with powers in Greyhawk To create trade and other commercial opportunities To establish an accepted and legitimate town leadership role To spread the word of Cirda To boldly go where no man has gone before
Intel gathering objectives: Identify opponents and proponents of the settlement Identify parties that are or may become hostile to Cirdastan Evaluate overall level of acceptance of the settlement Identify specific concerns of party attendees to any aspect of the settlement Determine how they get the soft flowing caramel inside the caramilk bar

| The weather today is ok - I'm heading to the cottage with the kids very soon. I won't be able to stop by on the way home. I confirm that I will not be in Newmarket this evening. I will still stop by Churchkey.
As mentioned previously - my role is not fundamental to this celebration - I'm ok with this being played without me - doesn't matter if it's 2 or 3 players to me.
