Which mage helped us find Cirda/ keeping a mage in town fultime.

I know we must have had a mage with us at the time of finding Cirda, was it Aurcturus, Rotox or some other mage we have misplaced.

I think it was Aurcturus (Arthur) and we we know damn well he is never going to play with us again, right? did he ever show up?

We need to cement his residency, offer him a place to build a tower, or offer him a permanent possition in Gov or something to maintain a constant presence of a person able to help defend the town with his own abilities and OUR wand of fire. He's rich enough he should be able to study in peace with us should he choose to.

If he does not wish to stay in that capacity we need to replace him with a hired person of similar power or perhaps entice another to set up shop with enticements of land build to a tower and room to experiment, or perhaps a old non political mage looking for a nice rural retirement, a rather dull or unambitous mage who is unable to advance any further.

Perhaps Arcturus would do us that final service in finding a replacement (if he wants to bugger off)

It was actually Rotok. Arturus washed up on the beach at the settlement. Rotok was recruited in Greyhawk from the mage's guild as a replacement for the zombie Masala.

As for sticking around, Arturus has no problem in doing so and would gladly take on the responsiblities of "government mage" in exchange for a building in which to experiment and/or research.

than I guess I need a bio for Rotox too and we pick a site and commision a stone building for Arcturus.
