question about what we've encountered

I was never big on keeping track of what we've met but with the idea of finding willing victims to be polymorphed,
what have we met in the way of sentient creatures, powerful, that we would still be willing to live in our community?

I would say all the normal PC races,
Hill and I believe stone giants
Anything else?

What have we encountered for wild animals that might be appropriate to turn dogs into
varieties of bear?
varieties of wolf?
Never met big cats as far as I remember

This is also a question for Jonathan considering we have spent time at the Grey Hawk gladiatorial fights, and the town menagerie. (anybody adventuring would go through here just to identify beasties they might encounter.)
