Definitely not. How else can we identify complete morons at a glance? This backpack would be far better than, say, a tattoo on their forehead as it would be more visible.
On another note, that satchel must weigh a ton!

I realize that. I'm thinking of the weight of all that chain, plus that looks like the leather is a decent thickness. Not a light bag at all, unless they used aluminum for the rings.
